About Us - Stephen & Ola
Stephen & Ola
Stephen Junk and Ola Tylestam have been the owner/operators of Estate 807 since 2009.
The scenic vineyard is approximately 4.2 hectares, comprising some of the best Pinot Noir and Chardonnay clones. We also have Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc vines.
The vineyard at Estate 807 has a perfect terroir for cool-climate wines. The soils are karri-loam and there is a micro-climate within the valley that has cool nights and long warm days, perfect for slow-ripening of the fruit.

The Blue Wren
We have used the symbol of Denmark, the Blue Wren, as our logo for the label on our bottles. We have had a bit of fun in making a stylised black wren on a blue background.
Our animals at Estate 807
Our dear Pebbles passed away late 2015. As a tribute to her our 2013 Peb's red is a tribute to herWe have two ranges of wines – the “Dog Range” and the “Reserve Range”.We have three generations of Cocker Spaniels – Hugo, Pixie and Otto. We have named the wines in our dog range after our dogs, Alpacas and SheepWe do our best to have a biodynamic approach to viticulture. We have a chook pen in the centre of the vineyard, and our many chooks and ducks roam free-range through the vineyard, eating any pests that may have been misfortunate in being in our vineyard. We also have Alpacas and Wiltshire sheep that roam the vineyard during the winter months – keeping grass and weeds under control and providing the vines with a valued source of manure. The Alpacas are very tame and love human company.
